1. Who We Are
BibleStoriesHub.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Renato Ariola, who may publish under the pen name Rian Aloren. In this Privacy Policy, “BibleStoriesHub,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Renato Ariola in his capacity as the individual owner and operator of the Website.
For applicable privacy laws, Renato Ariola is the person responsible for deciding why and how personal information collected through BibleStoriesHub is processed.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to the Website, its contact features, and BibleStoriesHub email subscriptions.
Where consent is legally required, we request it through an appropriate notice, cookie control, subscription form, or similar mechanism. Merely visiting the Website does not replace consent where the law requires a separate choice.

Please do not submit confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, medical, financial, identification, safeguarding, or emergency information through the Website or ordinary email.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or interact with the Website, we and our service providers may automatically receive information such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- browser, device, and operating-system information;
- general or approximate location derived from an IP address;
- referring and exit pages;
- pages viewed and links selected;
- dates, times, and duration of visits;
- advertising, cookie, or device identifiers;
- interactions with advertisements, forms, embedded content, and Website features; and
- technical, security, performance, and error information.
Some of this information may be considered personal information under applicable law even when it does not directly identify you by name.
3. Why We Use Information
We may use information to:
- operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website;
- provide Christian educational content, Bible-study resources, and related Website features;
- respond to questions, requests, feedback, rights requests, and rights-related notices;
- manage newsletter subscriptions and deliver requested emails;
- record consent, confirmation, preferences, unsubscribes, complaints, and delivery status;
- understand Website traffic, readership, performance, and content usefulness;
- display, measure, limit, and manage advertising;
- administer affiliate links and understand whether referrals lead to qualifying transactions;
- detect spam, fraud, abuse, malicious activity, and security incidents;
- comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and contractual requirements; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect our rights or the rights of others.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Website, or compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the applicable basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, web beacons, and similar technologies. These may be used for:
- essential Website operation and security;
- remembering cookie and privacy choices;
- functionality and performance;
- audience measurement and analytics;
- advertising, frequency control, and fraud prevention; and
- measuring interactions with advertisements or affiliate links.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only after an appropriate consent choice. The Website’s cookie notice or privacy controls allow you to review available categories and make or change choices. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect Website functions.
Your choices may apply only to the browser and device on which they were made. Clearing cookies, using another browser, or using another device may require you to make your choices again.
5. Google Analytics and Related Measurement
We use Google Analytics and related Google tools to understand how visitors find and use the Website. Depending on configuration and consent requirements, Google may process information such as IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, referring pages, interactions, and cookie or device identifiers.
Google acts under its own terms and privacy practices when processing information for its services. Information about how Google uses data from sites and apps that use its services is available at:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Google provides additional information and controls through its privacy tools and, where available, the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Google AdSense and Advertising
BibleStoriesHub displays advertising, including advertisements provided through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to serve, limit, personalize, and measure advertisements.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve advertisements based on a visitor’s prior visits to BibleStoriesHub or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve advertisements based on visits to this Website and other sites on the Internet.
Where required, advertising choices are requested through a consent-management mechanism. Depending on your location and choices, you may receive personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
You may manage Google advertising preferences through:
https://adssettings.google.com/
You may also learn about choices offered by participating advertising companies through appropriate industry opt-out services available in your region. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily stop advertisements; it generally changes how they are selected.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain advertising or analytics activities may be classified as “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws. Where an applicable law gives you a right to opt out of those activities, you may use the Website’s privacy or cookie controls or contact us using the details below.
7. Email Newsletter and Kit
BibleStoriesHub uses Kit, formerly known as ConvertKit, to provide subscription forms, maintain subscriber records, and send email newsletters and related communications.
When you subscribe, Kit may process information such as your email address, name if provided, IP address, subscription source, confirmation and consent records, subscription status, delivery information, and engagement information such as email opens or link selections where available.
We send marketing or newsletter emails only when we have an appropriate basis to do so. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting us. You may also be offered a way to update your email preferences.
Unsubscribing stops future marketing or newsletter emails, but an unsubscribed profile and related history may remain for a limited period or as a suppression record so that the unsubscribe request can be honored, records can be maintained, and legal obligations or disputes can be addressed. You may request deletion where applicable.
Kit’s privacy policy is available at:
8. Contact Forms and Correspondence
When you contact us through a form or email, we use the information you provide to review and respond to your inquiry, maintain relevant correspondence, prevent abuse, and address legal or rights-related matters.
Sending a message does not create a confidential, pastoral, counseling, medical, legal, financial, or other professional relationship. Do not use the contact form for emergencies or send information that you would not want transmitted through ordinary Internet services.
9. Affiliate Links and External Merchants
BibleStoriesHub may participate in affiliate programs, which may include Amazon Associates, ClickBank, and other merchants or affiliate networks identified on relevant pages. When you select an affiliate link, the destination merchant or network may use cookies, link identifiers, IP addresses, or similar technologies to record the referral and determine whether a qualifying purchase or other action occurred.
Affiliate merchants and networks process information under their own privacy policies. BibleStoriesHub does not ordinarily receive your complete payment-card information from an external merchant. Review the destination service’s privacy policy and terms before submitting information or making a purchase.
Affiliate relationships should also be disclosed near relevant recommendations and are discussed further on our Disclosure page.
10. Hosting, Website Services, and Other Third Parties
We use third parties to operate and support BibleStoriesHub. Depending on how you interact with the Website, information may be processed by or disclosed to categories of recipients including:
- Hostinger, which provides hosting and related infrastructure;
- WordPress and Website plugins, which support publishing, security, forms, performance, and Website functions;

Hostinger’s privacy policy is available at:
https://www.hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy
We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes merely because they provide a service to us. Each third party may also have independent obligations and practices governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
11. Links and Embedded Content
Articles may link to or embed material from third-party services, including Bible-reading platforms such as BibleGateway, video platforms such as YouTube, social-media platforms, advertisers, affiliate merchants, and other websites.
When you follow a link or interact with embedded content, the third party may collect information about you and your interaction. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own privacy policies. A link or embed does not mean that the third party sponsors or endorses BibleStoriesHub.
12. International Data Transfers
BibleStoriesHub is operated by an individual based in the Philippines, while the Website is available internationally. Our service providers may process or store information in the Philippines, the United States, Canada, the European Economic Area, or other countries where they or their service providers operate.
Privacy laws and protections may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, our service providers and we rely on appropriate contractual, legal, or other recognized safeguards.
13. How Long We Retain Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operational, security, recordkeeping, contractual, and legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected. For example:
- subscriber information is generally retained while a subscription remains active;
- unsubscribe or suppression information may be retained to honor opt-out requests;
- contact messages may be retained while an inquiry is handled and afterward when reasonably needed for records, security, or legal claims;
- advertising, analytics, and technical information is retained according to our settings and the applicable provider’s retention practices;
- security records may be retained while needed to investigate or prevent misuse; and
- backup copies may remain until they are overwritten or deleted through routine backup cycles.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical limitations and lawful retention requirements.
14. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These may include access restrictions, reputable service providers, security controls, and encrypted transmission where supported.
No website, email, database, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information through online services at your own risk and should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
15. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- be informed about personal information processing;
- request access to personal information held about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request erasure, blocking, or deletion where applicable;
- request data portability where applicable;
- opt out of marketing emails;
- opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing where applicable;
- file a complaint with an appropriate privacy regulator; and
- seek other remedies available under applicable law.

To make a request, email hello@biblestorieshub.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect personal information from unauthorized disclosure. Rights are subject to legal exceptions and limitations.
16. Children’s Privacy
BibleStoriesHub provides general Christian educational content but is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children under 13 should not submit personal information, subscribe, or use contact features without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
