Give Thanks To The Lord

Psalm 107:1 NIV Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.

The Bible encourages people to give thanks for all of God’s gifts, including His protection and guidance. This is a simple way to remember how much He does for us and the world.

This psalm focuses on Israel’s past deliverance from captivity in Babylon, but the circumstances could apply to any of us in any situation. David teaches that the redeemed should offer praise to the Lord for his steadfast love and mighty works.

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! He has redeemed His people from the hand of the enemy.
