While We Were Still Sinners – Romans 5:8

While we were still sinners Christ died for us Romans 58

When life hits hard it can be easy to lose our faith and forget the good things God has done for us. But the next time that happens, remember this amazing verse and it will help you get your eyes back on the prize.

Romans 5:8 – While we were still sinners

Jesus died for us so that we could be made righteous and able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. And the great part of that is, He also took on the wrath of the Father so that we would not have to worry about that.

How awesome is that? You see, we have a God who is totally just in his wrath and totally loving in his mercy.

The wrath of the Father against sin is something that we cannot control and it will not stop until all the believers who have been accepted into his Kingdom are finally ushered into it.

That wrath will destroy all the world’s evil and then there will be a day when that heat of the wrath will be put out with God’s patience and mercy.

Then, when the wrath is over, we will be ushered into His Kingdom of Heaven where we will enjoy eternal life with Him. You see, God’s love for you is so deep that he had to find a way to give you His mercy and his justice all at once.
